起業家のみならず、スケジュールを管理するうえで、優先順位をつけて動くというのは非常に大事なことですが、スケジュール通りに進まないこともありますよね。
では、彼女たちはどんな優先順位で動いているのでしょうか？
「To Do リスト」を活用
「To Do リスト」は、自分のタスクを目に見える形にまとめたもののことで、既に活用している方も多いかと思います。
ただ、何となく「To Do リスト」を作ってみるものの、十分に活用出来ていないと感じる方も多いのではないのでしょうか。
時間を上手に活用している人の「To Do リスト」にはポイントが幾つかあるようです。
まず、リスト作りに時間をかけないということです。毎朝5分以内にその日のタスクを書き出したものを「仕事」、「プライベート」、「家のこと」とそれぞれジャンルに分けていきます。そして「To Do リスト」を活用する上で、一番大切なことは優先順位をつけるということです。
正しく「To Do リスト」を活用することでルーチンワークと、イレギュラーなことのバランスがとりやすくなり、生産性が上がっていきます。
時間管理が苦手な方へ
これは、仕事のできる人は自分の時間の使い方を知っているということ。成果をあげるためには時間の使い方にメリハリを持たせる事が不可欠と言えるのではないでしょうか。
そのためにはまず、自分がどの様に時間を使っているか、何に時間を一番時間を費やしているのかを知る必要があります。
そのためには、一度、時間の記録（行った内容、費やした時間を記録していく）を行う必要があるとドラッカーは著書で伝えています。
時間の記録を行うことで、自分自身の時間の使い方を客観視する事が出来、時間のペース配分が可能となります。ペース配分を理解した上で、自分の抱えているタスクに優先順位をつけていくと、スケジュールを明確に把握する事が出来るのです。後は優先順位に従って、ToDoリストを作成をし、仕事の視覚化をおこなうことで、大切な時間を無駄にせず過ごすことができます。
スケジュール管理の上手な人は、息抜きも上手
仕事ができる人は、リラックスタイムまでもその日のスケジュールに組み込んでしまいます。
実はその行動は、理にかなっているのです。
というのも、やらなければならないことが複数あったときなど、仕事漬けになりがちですが、人の集中力というのは限られているためです。
緩急つけて仕事をこなし、オフの時間を作ることが、更なる生産性の向上に繫がると言えるのではないでしょうか。
